  • Develop and execute proactive recruiting strategies focused on attracting established, productive real estate professionals while strengthening the organization's overall talent pipeline.
  • Build an environment that supports the retention, engagement, development, and productivity of high-performing agents.
  • Partner with executive leadership to develop and execute annual strategic business plans focused on growth, recruiting, profitability, and operational excellence.
  • Maintain a highly visible presence throughout the region through regular office visits and direct engagement with agents and branch leadership.
  • Monitor key business metrics including listing inventory, sales productivity, agent performance, profitability, recruiting effectiveness, retention, and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities to improve office performance, operational efficiency, market penetration, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Foster a high-performance culture centered on accountability, collaboration, leadership development, and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure consistent execution of organizational policies, MLS regulations, REALTOR® Code of Ethics standards, and applicable state licensing requirements.
  • Collaborate with leaders across affiliated mortgage, title, insurance, and other homeownership services to identify cross-functional opportunities and strengthen the client and agent experience.
  • Serve as a trusted senior leader and regional representative while reinforcing the organization's values, culture, and commitment to exceptional service.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of five years of progressive leadership experience within residential real estate brokerage or a closely related industry.
  • Demonstrated success leading multi-location, regional, or similarly complex sales and service operations.
  • Proven ability to recruit, retain, coach, and develop high-performing professionals and leaders.
  • Experience leading sales organizations with accountability for growth, productivity, performance, and customer experience.
  • Strong understanding of residential brokerage operations, agent productivity, recruiting, market development, and business performance.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic business plans and achieve measurable operational and financial results.
  • Strong business and financial acumen, including the ability to understand office-level performance and profitability.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, coaching, negotiation, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related discipline preferred.

Preferred Experience

Ideal candidates may bring:

  • Multi-office or regional residential brokerage leadership experience.
  • Experience leading Branch Managers, Managing Brokers, Office Leaders, Market Leaders, or comparable leadership positions.
  • A strong track record of recruiting experienced, productive sales professionals.
  • Experience managing operational performance, profitability, strategic planning, and growth initiatives.
  • Experience within an integrated real estate organization offering mortgage, title, insurance, relocation, or other related services.

What Success Looks Like

The successful Regional Vice President will be a visible, relationship-driven leader who thrives on developing people, building high-performing teams, and creating an environment where both branch leadership and agents can succeed.

This individual will establish trusted relationships throughout the region while creating clear expectations and accountability for performance. They will have the business acumen to evaluate individual office performance, identify opportunities for growth, and translate strategy into measurable results.

A significant component of success will be the ability to recruit and retain strong agents, coach and develop branch leadership, strengthen office performance, and build a pipeline of future leaders.
