Position Attributes and Responsibilities
● Collaborate with product managers to create detailed requirements and specifications for
product features.
● Conduct business analysis and user research to inform product decisions.
● Work with cross-functional teams to identify feature opportunities and translate them into
actionable product roadmaps.
● Assist in the development of prototypes and implementation plans for new product
features.
● Analyze key metrics and performance data to evaluate product initiatives.
● Present findings, recommendations, and market insights to stakeholders.
● Participate in team processes and discussions, contributing to project milestones and
deliverables.
● Support product development by driving alignment between engineering, design, and
stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Education
● Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management Information Systems (MIS), or related
field.
Skills/Knowledge/Abilities
● Ability to start early July 2026 alongside other cohort members.
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
● Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
● Ability to work with diverse stakeholders, translating technical needs into actionable
business priorities.
● Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira or Trello preferred.
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint) and data
visualization tools is a plus.
Compensation:
The compensation for the position is $70K - $80K.
