Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Series 7 required
- CFA or CFP certification preferred
- Strong business, financial, or office operations background
- Supervisory or management experience highly valued
- Insurance experience a plus
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and meet deadlines
- Tech-savvy; comfortable learning new systems and troubleshooting issues
- Highly organized, accurate, and able to maintain confidentiality

Key Responsibilities
- Manage firm investment models and oversee ongoing allocation updates across the book of business
- Lead high-level investment service functions, including:
- Trades
- Account transfers
- Reporting and recordkeeping
- Partner with advisors to enhance client experience and support sales growth
- Supervise case preparation and ensure advisors are fully equipped for client meetings
- Oversee preparation and processing of all new business
- Maintain up-to-date insurance and securities product knowledge
- Lead creation of investment hypotheticals, insurance illustrations, asset allocation tools, and customized client presentations
- Ensure accurate preparation of forms, applications, and investment reviews
- Manage compliance documentation and keep all forms and licenses updated
- Maintain and consistently update CRM data to support proactive outreach and service
- Uphold firm procedures and deliver timely, accurate documentation for all client activity.
