We’re looking for a data-driven marketing expert to optimize our campaigns and help expand our reach through strategic execution across email, community, and social channels.
This role will play a key part in driving growth by launching new initiatives and strengthening our presence across the entire customer journey.
Your Mission at TalentPop
Your mission is to ensure that brands in need of CX, marketing, or executive support clearly understand the value TalentPop provides. Through strategic campaign execution across email, community, and social media, as well as the development of sales enablement assets, you’ll educate the market, amplify our presence, and help drive growth across the entire customer journey—from cold leads to active clients.
You’ll also build and manage HubSpot workflows to automate and scale lifecycle touchpoints while analyzing performance data to identify opportunities for optimization, helping us double down on what works and cut what doesn’t.

$70,000 - $85,000 base salary plus performance-based bonus.
Location Requirement
This position is hybrid for candidates located within 50 miles of our Costa Mesa, CA headquarters. Candidates residing more than 50 miles away may work fully remotely. The role is open to candidates across the United States and Canada.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns focused on brand awareness and lead generation across email, social media, and community platforms (Reddit, Slack, Discord).
- Manage targeted lifecycle email campaigns that nurture warm leads, prospects needing more time, and current clients to drive engagement and conversions.
- Create and proofread copy for sales pipeline outreach, client communications, partnership materials, and social/community engagement posts.
- Proof and edit cold outreach campaigns produced by the Growth Marketing team.
- Oversee and grow community selling efforts by participating in and monitoring conversations across Reddit, Discord, and Slack communities.
- Build, maintain, and optimize HubSpot workflows and automations to streamline customer journeys and marketing touchpoints.
- Utilize automation tools like Zapier and Clay to create customized workflows that improve marketing efficiency.
- Promote and assist with webinars, events, and other marketing initiatives that drive lead generation and client retention.
- Collaborate with Sales and Account Management teams to develop marketing assets such as success stories, one-pagers, and presentation decks.
- Manage social media posting and engagement to increase TalentPop’s brand presence.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics and identify areas for optimization.
- Support the Director in brainstorming and launching new marketing campaigns and sales enablement initiatives.
- Work cross-functionally with Design and other teams to ensure brand consistency.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices, bringing fresh ideas to improve marketing efforts.
- 2 years of experience in marketing, growth, or lifecycle roles, ideally within a B2B or agency environment.
- Proven experience executing multi-channel campaigns across email, social media, and community platforms.
- Strong copywriting and editing skills with the ability to adapt messaging for multiple audiences.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot workflows and Zapier automations. Experience with Clay is a plus.
- Data-driven mindset with a track record of analyzing performance and optimizing campaigns.
- Strong eye for design and ability to collaborate with creative teams.
- Experience creating sales enablement assets such as one-pagers, success stories, and decks.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Proficient with Google Workspace, including Google Sheets, Docs, and Forms.
- Passion for continuous learning and professional growth.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- E-Commerce experience is a major plus.
- Experience leveraging AI tools is strongly preferred.
