German-English Speaking Customer Service Support

TalentPop App is expanding our core corporate headquarters. We are looking for a dedicated German-English Speaking Customer Service Support professional to join us as a direct hire. In this role, you will be working directly for our brand, focusing on our company's corporate operations rather than external client accounts.

This position is ideal for a service-minded professional who possesses strong communication skills in both German and English, values operational stability, and wants to be a foundational part of our global team.

Your Core Focus

• Direct Communications: Act as the primary point of contact for our community, handling inquiries seamlessly across voice, live chat, and email channels.
• Issue Resolution: Take full ownership of incoming support requests, providing clear, accurate, and efficient solutions.
• Quality Assurance: Maintain a high standard of professional communication, ensuring every interaction aligns with our brand values.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work alongside team leads and operational managers to report user feedback and optimize support workflows.
  
  

What We Look For

• Experience: 1 years of proven experience in a remote customer service, helpdesk, or corporate support environment.
• Language Skills: Full professional fluency (C1 level or higher) in both written and spoken German and English.
• Technical Capabilities: Prior experience navigating modern support systems such as Zendesk, Gorgias, or Shopify is highly advantageous.
• Professional Attributes: Strong attention to detail, excellent time management, and a calm, solution-oriented approach to troubleshooting.
