THE OPPORTUNITY
This Account Executive position offers experienced envelope sales professionals the opportunity to join an industry leader, maximize their income, and build their success stories. WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
- Consistently exceed revenue targets and pipeline goals
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through strategic prospecting
- Convert leads into long-term partnerships with key clients
- Drive territory growth through a consultative sales approach
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences that result in referrals
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive new business development focusing on direct mail solutions
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospect to close
- Execute territory strategy to identify and develop key accounts
- Provide consultative solutions for complex client requirements
- Demonstrate expertise in product specifications and applications
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and activity metrics in CRM
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure customer satisfaction
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE HAS
- 5-10 or more years of proven sales success in direct mail manufacturing (must have)
- Demonstrated history of exceeding sales quotas
- Strong hunter mentality with established industry connections
- Expert-level knowledge of commercial printing and manufacturing
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills
- Self-motivated with excellent time management skills
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Existing relationships with direct mail houses and commercial buyers (highly preferred)
