Short Overview of Responsibilities:
- Lead month end close activities, including preparing journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reporting across multiple entities and currencies.
- Review revenue contracts, analyze revenue recognition, and ensure accurate billing schedules and compliance with accounting standards.
- Manage customer invoicing, monitor collections, reconcile accounts receivable and unbilled costs, and resolve billing discrepancies.
- Maintain customer and project data within Workday Financials while supporting revenue reporting and incurred cost analyses.
- Drive process improvements, support system implementations, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve accounting operations and reporting.
Salary : $50 - $75
