Senior Fund Accountant

A growing financial services firm focuses on delivering tech-enabled solutions for private market clients is continuing to grow their organization and adding a Senior Fund Accoutant.

The team operates with a fast-paced, innovative mindset and values ownership, continuous improvement, and meaningful impact. This role plays a key part in managing client portfolios while helping shape scalable operational processes.

• Manage a portfolio of 15–20 fund clients, overseeing deliverables including capital activity, financial reporting, and investor communications.
• Strengthen operational workflows by identifying bottlenecks and implementing solutions that improve quality and efficiency.
• Use technology and AI tools to streamline manual tasks and enhance client service delivery.
• Partner with leadership and teammates to support operational excellence and ongoing process improvements.
• Contribute to building team culture and supporting the development of the fund administration function.
