Paralegal – Nursing Home Negligence Law Firm

We are hiring two experienced Paralegals to join our litigation team. Both hires will start together, train together, and grow together—creating a smooth and supportive onboarding experience.
Position Overview
The Paralegal will support a dedicated pod of three attorneys, handling a variety of litigation tasks across our nursing home negligence and personal injury practice. Prior experience in elder abuse or nursing home cases is not required; however, candidates must have at least 5 years of general civil litigation experience in Florida.
This role requires strong organizational skills, comfort managing high-detail litigation tasks, and excellent communication with clients, attorneys, and experts.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft and prepare discovery responses
- Assist in drafting Complaints and updating pleadings
- Complete initial disclosures and maintain case documentation
- Provide clients with regular case updates and status checks
- Draft witness lists, exhibit lists, and jury verdict forms
- Coordinate with medical and expert witnesses, including sending records and documentation
- Support litigation attorneys with case tracking, calendaring, and trial preparation
- Maintain organized digital case files within the firm’s systems

Salary : $70,000 - $75,000
