The Remote Phone Support Agent is an entry-level, full-time remote role helping customers resolve routine questions and service needs by telephone. This position is suited for a dependable communicator who can provide clear information, document interactions, and follow established support procedures.

• Answer inbound customer calls through approved systems.

• Identify customer questions and support needs.
