The Remote Delivery Specialist is an entry-level, full-time remote position supporting delivery workflows, schedules, documentation, and routine coordination. This role helps teams maintain organized delivery processes and ensures assigned activities remain on schedule.

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧sibilities:

• Support day-to-day delivery activities and workflows.

• Track assigned delivery milestones and deadlines.

• Maintain accurate delivery documentation and records.

• Monitor assigned tasks and outstanding action items.

• Coordinate routine delivery communications.

• Update delivery-management systems with current information.

• Assist with scheduling delivery activities and meetings.

• Review delivery records for completeness and accuracy.

• Follow up on outstanding delivery tasks.

• Prepare routine delivery status updates.

• Escalate delivery issues or delays according to established procedures.
