Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced AI Technical Program Manager to lead and coordinate complex enterprise technology programs across Engineering, AI, Data, Product, Cloud, and Architecture teams.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing large technical programs, driving cross-functional collaboration, managing risks and dependencies, and communicating program status to executive leadership.
Required Qualifications:
- 12 years of experience in Technical Program Management, Technology Program Management, Engineering Program Management, or a related role.
- Proven experience managing complex enterprise technology programs.
- Strong experience with roadmap planning, milestone tracking, governance, risk management, and dependency management.
- Experience coordinating multiple technical programs or engineering initiatives simultaneously.
- Strong ability to influence and align technical and business stakeholders in a matrixed environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience working in fast-paced and ambiguous environments.
- Ability to communicate effectively with senior and executive leadership.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with AI/ML, Generative AI, or Responsible AI initiatives.
- Understanding of modern data platforms, analytics, cloud technologies, and AI-enabled solutions.
- Experience in Healthcare, Supply Chain, or Spend Management domains.
- Relevant bachelor's or master's degree.
