- We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect to support our client, in designing and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions.
- The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Financial Services Cloud, along with excellent analytical and communication skills.
- This role involves working closely with business and technical teams, including support functions, to ensure seamless delivery and system optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and architect scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with business requirements
- Lead implementation and optimization of Financial Services Cloud
- Support Salesforce cloud merger/integration initiatives
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical support
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement long-term solutions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Ensure best practices in system design, security, and data management
- Provide guidance and support to development and support teams
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience as a Salesforce Architect or similar role
- Hands-on expertise in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud
- Experience with Salesforce cloud integration/merger projects
- Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture and platform capabilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in technical support and troubleshooting
