Product Analyst

Senior Product Analyst / Product Manager – New York

Experience Required:

Advanced level – 10 to 12 years

Primary Skillset /Mandatory:

• Wallet & Money Movement & Payment
• Strong Product Development experience
• Expertise in Minimum Viable Product (MVP) design
• Wireframing and prototyping using tools such as Figma, Miro, or similar
• Product lifecycle management
• Banking domain experience (mandatory)

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation and design through development, testing, and launch
• Write and manage product requirements, including epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria to support sprint planning and backlog grooming
• Maintain the product roadmap and a well-prioritized backlog aligned with product vision and business objectives
• Evaluate and plan for upstream and downstream impacts of new product features on the overall customer experience
• Support user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform strategic roadmap decisions and identify high-value product features
• Collaborate closely with technology leads, architects, and engineering teams on product enhancement requirements and issue resolution
• Analyze, track, and evaluate product metrics, KPIs, and analytics to measure success and guide improvements
• Demonstrate a proven track record in building cloud-based platforms, APIs, and SaaS products, preferably within financial services or banking
• Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail

• Prior experience in FinTech or SaaS product companies
• Project experience with Payments, Credit Cards, and ACH systems
• Experience working in large organizations with exposure to project governance, compliance, and reporting frameworks
