Senior Product Analyst / Product Manager – New York
Experience Required:
Advanced level – 10 to 12 years
Primary Skillset /Mandatory:
- Wallet & Money Movement & Payment
- Strong Product Development experience
- Expertise in Minimum Viable Product (MVP) design
- Wireframing and prototyping using tools such as Figma, Miro, or similar
- Product lifecycle management
- Banking domain experience (mandatory)
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation and design through development, testing, and launch
- Write and manage product requirements, including epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria to support sprint planning and backlog grooming
- Maintain the product roadmap and a well-prioritized backlog aligned with product vision and business objectives
- Evaluate and plan for upstream and downstream impacts of new product features on the overall customer experience
- Support user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform strategic roadmap decisions and identify high-value product features
- Collaborate closely with technology leads, architects, and engineering teams on product enhancement requirements and issue resolution
- Analyze, track, and evaluate product metrics, KPIs, and analytics to measure success and guide improvements
- Demonstrate a proven track record in building cloud-based platforms, APIs, and SaaS products, preferably within financial services or banking
- Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
