Job Description:

TalentoHC is seeking an Account Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and experience working with automotive Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed annual targets.
  • Become the customer account expert, providing insights and solutions to drive business growth.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including sales activity plans, monthly reports, and forecasting worksheets.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to ensure alignment on product specifications, pricing, and Request for Proposal processes.
  • Balance competing priorities and manage relationships with multiple stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-7 years of sales experience in the automotive industry, preferably with a Tier 1 supplier.
  • OEM auto industry experience required.
  • Sales to Subaru preferred, BMW, JLR, Volvo desirable.
  • Experience with engineered products for automotive applications.
  • Fluent English language skills, both written and spoken.
