Job Description:
TalentoHC is seeking an Account Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and experience working with automotive Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs).
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed annual targets.
- Become the customer account expert, providing insights and solutions to drive business growth.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including sales activity plans, monthly reports, and forecasting worksheets.
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure alignment on product specifications, pricing, and Request for Proposal processes.
- Balance competing priorities and manage relationships with multiple stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-7 years of sales experience in the automotive industry, preferably with a Tier 1 supplier.
- OEM auto industry experience required.
- Sales to Subaru preferred, BMW, JLR, Volvo desirable.
- Experience with engineered products for automotive applications.
- Fluent English language skills, both written and spoken.
