About the Role
We are looking for a strategic and highly skilled Talent Sourcer for one of our Semiconductor client for identifying and engaging top-tier engineering talent across GPU and SoC development domains.
This role will drive proactive talent mapping and pipeline development for complex, niche technical positions. You will partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to shape hiring strategies, provide market intelligence, and influence hiring outcomes in highly competitive semiconductor markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end sourcing strategy for complex semiconductor R&D roles across GPU, SoC, and system-level engineering teams
- Define target talent profiles and build high-quality pipelines aligned with hiring priorities
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques including Boolean search, talent mapping, and market research to identify passive candidates
- Source talent across domains such as GPU, CPU, NPU, RTL, Design Verification, Physical Design, Performance/Power, and Architecture
- Engage and influence top engineering talent through personalized outreach and compelling storytelling
- Leverage recruitment marketing strategies and social platforms to strengthen employer branding and attract passive talent
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to calibrate searches, share market insights, and refine sourcing strategies
- Continuously improve sourcing effectiveness through data-driven insights and innovative approaches
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of sourcing or recruiting experience, including 2 years in semiconductor R&D or hardware engineering hiring
- Proven experience sourcing for GPU, SoC, RTL, Design Verification, Physical Design, Architecture, or similar silicon engineering roles
- Strong track record of identifying and engaging passive candidates in competitive talent markets
- Advanced expertise in Boolean search, talent mapping, and market intelligence
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and sourcing tools
- Solid understanding of semiconductor talent landscape and key industry competitors
- Ability to influence and “sell” opportunities to highly experienced technical talent
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, global, and ambiguous environment
