Overview
We are seeking an experienced Onshore Delivery Manager / Client Partner with 12–15 years of experience in IT service delivery, client relationship management, and stakeholder engagement, with extensive expertise in the Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance domain.
The ideal candidate will serve as a key point of contact for enterprise clients, ensuring successful delivery of contracted services, operational excellence, SLA/KPI performance, and strong client satisfaction. This role requires a strategic leader who can manage senior stakeholders, lead complex escalations, drive continuous improvement, and support digital transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery of contracted IT services across multiple business units, ensuring performance against SLAs, KPIs, quality standards, and client expectations.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and internal leadership.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for complex delivery, operational, and service-related issues.
- Lead cross-functional teams to drive service quality, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement.
- Establish and manage service governance, executive reporting, operational reviews, and performance dashboards.
- Monitor delivery metrics, identify risks and trends, and implement corrective actions to improve service performance.
- Ensure compliance with contractual, regulatory, security, and organizational requirements.
- Lead service transitions, change management, and digital transformation initiatives with minimal business disruption.
- Contribute to account strategy, service enhancement opportunities, renewals, proposals, and transformation initiatives.
- Partner with delivery, engineering, product, infrastructure, data, and business teams to ensure successful outcomes.
- Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing delivery teams and promote a culture of accountability and operational excellence.
- Support contract management, financial oversight, forecasting, and delivery planning as required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 12–15 years of progressive experience in IT service delivery, client management, program/project management, or related leadership roles.
- Extensive experience in the Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance domain is required.
- Proven experience managing complex IT services and technology engagements for enterprise clients.
- Strong experience managing senior client stakeholders and executive relationships.
- Demonstrated expertise in service delivery, SLA/KPI management, governance, escalation management, and operational risk.
- Strong understanding of ITIL practices and service management processes.
- Experience leading large, cross-functional or multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong analytical and organizational capabilities with a results-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency with service management, reporting, governance, and collaboration tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- ITIL, PMP, or similar certifications.
