Salary: 90,000-110,000, depending on experience

In this Director-level role, you will play a pivotal part in optimizing intake/eligibility functions, supporting operational expansion, and ensuring financial health across multi-site home care operations. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support the intake and eligibility team
  • Oversee client intake, onboarding, and referral coordination
  • Verify eligibility for Medicaid, MCOs, private insurance, and private pay services
  • Manage service authorizations, renewals, and documentation
  • Ensure compliance with state regulations and agency policies
  • Monitor intake workflows, productivity, and performance metrics
  • Collaborate with scheduling, billing, HR, and field staff to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Serve as the point of contact for escalated intake or eligibility issues


Qualifications:

  • 3 years of experience in healthcare or home care intake/eligibility operations
  • Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
  • Knowledge of Medicaid waiver programs, MCOs, and non-skilled home care operations
  • Experience with insurance verification and authorizations
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with EMR systems and Microsoft Office Suite


Preferred Experience:

  • Background in Medicaid waiver programs or managed care organizations
  • Experience scaling intake operations in a growing organization
  • Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements in home care
