Role Overview
We’re seeking a high-performing Sales Recruiter with a proven track record of driving business, building relationships, and closing searches in the revenue leadership space. This role is focused on sourcing, qualifying, and placing top-tier sales talent while maintaining a strong emphasis on business development. You’ll be expected to bill $250K annually and contribute meaningfully to the growth and culture of the firm.
Position Responsibilities
Business Development & Client Management
- Uncover and convert new business opportunities through prospecting and relationship building.
- Meet or exceed a personal billing goal of $250K annually.
- Proactively engage with hiring managers, CROs, investors, and revenue leaders to generate new searches.
- Collaborate with Talentfoot’s internal BD team to expand client accounts and identify upselling opportunities.
- Serve as a consultative partner to guide clients throughout the search process.
- Provide market insights, compensation trends, and competitor intelligence.
- Lead intake meetings, manage expectations, and deliver a high-touch, white-glove experience.
Full-Cycle Executive Recruiting
- Run full-desk searches from intake to offer.
- Collaborate with researchers, sourcers, and internal team members to identify and attract top-performing sales talent.
- Advise clients on hiring strategy, talent market insights, and competitive compensation benchmarks.
- Represent Talentfoot at industry events and contribute to our thought leadership ecosystem.
Thought Leadership & Branding
- Define your niche within the sales recruiting practice.
- Represent Talentfoot at industry events, webinars, and networking engagements.
- Build your personal brand through social media marketing, content creation, and marketing efforts in partnership with our best-in-class marketing team.

- Proven track record of $250K in annual billings (self-sourced) over the past 2 years.
- Expertise in recruiting sales roles, particularly in SaaS, technology, or high-growth industries.
- Experience running a 360 desk with confidence and precision.
