Overview
TalentFish is casting a line for an IT Analyst! This is an excellent opportunity for an IT professional who enjoys providing hands-on technical support, delivering exceptional customer service, and contributing to a collaborative technology environment. The IT Analyst will provide day-to-day technology support, assist with meeting and event technologies, support end users, and participate in IT projects that enhance operational effectiveness across the organization.
What You'll Do
- Serve as a trusted technical resource, delivering timely support and resolution of technology-related issues.
- Provide support for conference room technology, video conferencing, presentations, client meetings, and special events.
- Partner with departments across the organization to coordinate and execute technology requirements for meetings and events.
- Respond to first-level support requests via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Install, configure, and maintain approved software and technology solutions.
- Troubleshoot and coordinate the resolution of hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Maintain office workstations, laptops, printers, and peripheral equipment to ensure operational readiness.
- Manage and update IT asset inventory and asset management records.
- Utilize ticketing systems to document, track, escalate, and resolve support requests.
- Maintain ownership of support requests and provide proactive communication throughout the resolution process.
- Participate in IT projects, system deployments, upgrades, and user adoption initiatives.
- Support mobile device technologies and remote access solutions, including Citrix and VPN connectivity.
- Assist with planned maintenance activities and critical incident response efforts.
- Promote and support data security best practices and compliance with company policies.
- Provide support outside of normal business hours when necessary.
- Occasional travel may be required.
What You Bring
Technical Skills
- Microsoft Windows Operating Systems (installation, configuration, and troubleshooting)
- Microsoft Office Suite
- ServiceNow
- Microsoft Teams
- Citrix and VPN technologies
- Mobile device support (iOS and iPadOS)
- Networking fundamentals including LAN/WAN environments
- Communication and connectivity technologies
- Intranet, Extranet, and Internet technologies
- Document Management Systems, including iManage Work 10
- Data security principles and related technologies
- Project coordination and project management methodologies
Education & Experience
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
- 3 years of hands-on IT support experience supporting software, hardware, and networking environments.
- 3 years supporting LAN/WAN infrastructure and network-related technologies.
- 3 years installing, configuring, and maintaining Windows-based client operating systems.
- Professional services, legal, or law firm experience is highly preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
The expected compensation range for this position is $40–$47 per hour, depending on experience, skills, and qualifications.
