TalentFish is casting a line for an experienced Enterprise Data Engineer to join our premier client supporting a large-scale enterprise transformation initiative.

This role is central to building and optimizing modern data infrastructure supporting a Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation aimed at unifying systems, improving data quality, and enabling real-time business insights across the organization.

🔧 What You’ll Do

• Design and build scalable ETL/ELT pipelines in Azure
• Develop and optimize data models across data lake and warehouse environments (Azure Synapse)
• Integrate data from Dynamics 365 and legacy systems into a unified architecture
• Enable Power BI reporting and self-service analytics
• Partner with cross-functional teams across ERP, BI, and data science
• Implement strong data governance, validation, and quality controls

🧠 What We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years in data engineering (ETL/ELT development)
• Strong SQL (T-SQL) Microsoft SQL Server experience
• Hands-on experience with Azure Synapse Analytics or Azure Data Factory
• Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365 (F&O or CE preferred)
• Experience with Power BI (datasets, dataflows; DAX is a plus)
• Strong data modeling and database design skills
• Familiarity with Python, PySpark, or similar scripting tools
