Clinical Resource Manager – Supply Chain & Value Analysis | Miami, FL

Not every RN wants to stay at the bedside forever — some want to put that clinical judgment to work where it shapes decisions across an entire health system. This is that role.

A leading pediatric health system in Miami is bringing on a Clinical Resource Manager to sit at the intersection of clinical operations, supply chain, and value analysis. You won't be doing direct patient care — you'll be evaluating the products, supplies, and technologies that clinical teams rely on every day, and helping the organization make smarter, cost-conscious decisions without compromising care.

What you'll do:

• Lead clinical product evaluations and make recommendations based on quality, utilization, and cost
• Partner with clinical teams, Supply Chain, Finance, and vendors on product selection and standardization
• Support value analysis initiatives and cost-benefit analysis across departments
• Work with GPOs on procurement strategy, and support contract review activities
• Bring OR/Perioperative supply chain expertise to the table — think tissue tracking, implant procurement

What you bring:

• BSN required; active Florida or Multi-State Compact RN license
• 5 years of acute care RN experience — OR, Perioperative, or Critical Care/ICU strongly preferred
• 3 years of leadership or management experience
• Exposure to medical supply chain, value analysis, or clinical product evaluation
• Comfort with cost-benefit analysis and Microsoft Office

Nice to haves: Pediatric experience, a Master's degree, prior Clinical Resource Management or Value Analysis Committee experience, GPO or vendor management background.

Logistics: 12-month contract, 100% onsite in Miami, FL. $65–$77/hr.
