What you'll actually do
- Generate and qualify leads: calls, DMs, emails, whatever it takes
- Run outreach campaigns that put real dollars on the board
- Learn the full sales and marketing process from the ground up
- Get direct, no-fluff feedback from experienced closers
- Own your numbers. No hiding behind "the market" or "the algorithm."
What we're looking for
- Coachable. You take feedback and improve. Ego stays at the door.
- Hungry. You want more money, more skill, more opportunity.
- Consistent. You show up every day, even when it's not fun.
- Zero experience required. We'll teach you the skills. We can't teach you drive.
Licensing
Life Insurance License required. You do not need it to apply or interview. Guidance is provided for the state licensure process, and you can obtain your license after interviewing.
Compensation
100% commission. Uncapped. No ceiling, no cap, no boss deciding what you're worth. This is a 1099 independent contractor role. Residuals and backend pay included.
1 sale/week: $35,000 - $50,000/yr
5 sales/week: $140,000 - $160,000/yr
10 sales/week: $350,000 /yr
