This role sits at the heart of the company’s most important growth and investment decisions. As a Strategic Finance Associate, you will partner closely with leadership to drive insights across revenue, go-to-market (GTM) strategy and capital allocation- directly influencing how the business scales efficiently.
Operating in a lean, high-impact team, you will gain exposure across all core drivers of a SaaS business, including ARR growth, unit economics, customer acquisition and expansion strategy.
Reporting to the VP of Strategic Finance, this role offers a fast-track path into senior strategic finance leadership within a scaling environment.
Responsibilities
- Partner with GTM (Sales, Marketing, RevOps) to analyse performance across ARR growth, CAC, LTV and payback periods
- Support capital allocation decisions across product, customer acquisition, and international expansion
- Own and enhance financial models covering revenue forecasting, cohort analysis, and unit economics
- Deliver scenario analysis and actionable insights to support strategic decision-making
- Support evaluation of strategic initiatives, including pricing strategy, new market entry, and potential M&A
- Track business performance vs plan, identifying risks and opportunities to optimise growth efficiency
- Act as a commercial business partner to senior stakeholders, providing data-driven challenge and insight
Requirements
- 6 years Investment Banking, FP&A, Strategy Consulting or Strategic Finance within a high-growth SaaS or tech environment
- Strong understanding of SaaS metrics (ARR, MRR, CAC, LTV, churn, net revenue retention)
- Advanced financial modelling and analytical skillset
- Experience working with senior stakeholders in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Big 4 / Transaction Services experience is a plus but not essential
