Role Overview
Ensure surgical instruments are cleaned, sterilized, assembled, and ready for safe patient care. Support OR turnover and maintain strict infection control standards.
Key Duties
Decontaminate, inspect, and sterilize instruments
Assemble trays and manage inventory
Perform sterilization testing and documentation
Assist with OR cleaning and case prep
Process equipment for multiple departments
Requirements
High School Diploma/GED
Certified Sterile Processing Technician (CSPT) – Required
Associate degree – Preferred
