Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality on-site vascular assessments and travel-based patient care.
- Meet or exceed territory-specific performance targets and sales/ utilization pipelines.
- Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and company policies.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of vascular travel RRT responsibilities and standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate patient care plans.
- Document clinical findings and activities in accurate, timely records.
- Identify and nurture referral sources to build a sustainable pipeline.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and obtain required certifications.
- Ensure on-site service quality and minimize downtime for patient care.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and educational sessions for clinicians.
- Provide timely feedback to management on market trends and customer needs.
- Represent the company professionally to maintain a positive brand image.
- Travel-ready RRT with vascular specialization and clinical assessment skills.
- Current licensure and board certification in respiratory or vascular-related field as applicable.
- Proven ability to meet territory sales and utilization targets with pipeline management.
- Compliance with healthcare regulations and company policies at all times.
- On-site patient care delivery with documentation in electronic health records.
- Strong knowledge of vascular travel RRT responsibilities and standards.
- Excellent communication for product demos and clinician education sessions.
- Ability to identify, nurture, and manage referral sources for a sustainable pipeline.
- Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams to coordinate care plans.
