About The Role

Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, evidence-based nursing care to MS/Telemetry patients
- Monitor and manage patients requiring continuous cardiac and respiratory observation
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams on patient care plans
- Delegate and supervise care provided by support staff
- Adapt quickly while floating between units and facilities
- Active Arizona RN license (or Compact License)
- Current BLS & ACLS certifications
- 2 years of recent nursing experience (Telemetry required)
- Familiarity with Cerner EMR
- Ability to manage a 1:6 nurse-to-patient ratio
- Shift: Nights | 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM | 3x12s
- Weekly Hours: 36
- Weekend Rotation: 6 shifts every 6 weeks
- Float: Required across units and market facilities
- Scrubs: Any solid color
- EMR: Cerner
