- Active Registered Nurse License in the state of Alabama or Compact License (no temporary licenses accepted)
- Verification through NURSYS required
- Minimum 2 years of RN experience
- At least 1 year of dialysis experience required
- Professional Nursing Certification preferred
- Must be able to read, write legibly, and communicate effectively in English
