Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
- Utilize evidence-based techniques to improve mobility, reduce pain, and prevent disability
- Provide education on condition management and preventive strategies
- Manage a daily caseload of approximately 9–11 patients
- Collaborate with the current team (3 inpatient PTs on staff)
- Work in a variety of care settings as needed
- Active Arizona Physical Therapist License
- Ability to work required weekend shifts
- Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills
- Experience in inpatient settings is helpful but not required
