Physical Therapist – Hospital
Location: Community Hospital Torrington, Torrington, WY 82240
Contract: 13 Weeks
Pay: $56–$58/hour
Schedule: 36 hours/week, Dayshift 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, 1-hour lunch
Scrubs / Dress Code: Gray scrubs and/or gray top with professional slacks
Completion Bonus: $5,000

Provide hospital-based physical therapy services, planning and conducting treatment programs to restore and improve physical function, collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams.

Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients according to hospital protocols
- Develop and update individualized treatment and discharge plans
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
- Supervise PT assistants as needed
- Follow hospital and state regulations
- Active Wyoming Physical Therapist License
- Current BLS certification
- NPTE passed
- Degree: DPT or equivalent
- Gray scrubs and/or gray top with professional slacks required
- Must have Wyoming DFS and active PT license
Salary : $56 - $58
