Responsibilities
- Implement therapy interventions per OT plan of care
- Document patient progress accurately and in a timely manner
- Assist with patient and family education
- Communicate patient status and updates to supervising OT
- Follow all safety, infection control, and compliance protocols
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
- Active California COTA license (or ability to obtain)
- Strong teamwork, communication, and patient-care skills
