Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist for a travel assignment in Granbury, TX. The ideal candidate will be proficient in performing diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization procedures, capable of operating X-ray equipment, and comfortable working in a high-acuity environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist physicians with diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization procedures
- Operate X-ray and fluoroscopy equipment during procedures
- Prepare and monitor patients before, during, and after procedures
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure adherence to safety standards
- Participate in on-call rotation for emergency cases
- Collaborate effectively with cardiologists, nurses, and other team members
- Certifications: ARRT or RCIS
- Licensure: Active Texas Medical Board Radiology Technologist License
- Certifications: BLS and ACLS (AHA or ARC accepted)
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of Cath Lab experience
- Skills: Must be able to perform X-ray independently
- Immunizations: Titers must be in hand before submittal
- Travel Distance: Must reside 50 miles from the facility
- Schedule: Monday–Thursday | 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
- Call: 14–15 days per month
- Duration: 13 Weeks
- Setting: Hospital-based Cardiac Cath Lab
