Assignment Details
- Contract Length: 13 Weeks
- Shift: 5x8s
- Location: Vallejo, CA
- High School Diploma/GED – Required
- Associate’s/Technical Degree or equivalent – Preferred
- 2 years experience in acute or long-term mental healthcare – Preferred
- Licensure: LVN/LPN or Licensed Psychiatric Technician (LPT) – Required
- CPI/TEAM Certification – Required
- BLS (AHA or ARC) – Required
- Provide direct care to behavioral health patients
- Use de-escalation techniques and less restrictive interventions
- Support nursing staff in patient monitoring and safety
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient interactions and interventions
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary treatment team
