Responsibilities
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in clients.
- Develop individualized therapy plans aligned to measurable goals and milestones.
- Deliver evidence-based speech therapy sessions and monitor client progress.
- Meet quarterly/annual targets for client load, outcomes, and productivity metrics.
- Document progress notes, treatment outcomes, and plan modifications in the electronic health record.
- Collaborate with caregivers, teachers, and interdisciplinary teams to support client goals.
- Maintain compliance with professional ethics and regulatory standards.
- Pursue ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices.
- Utilize data-driven approaches to adjust therapy plans based on progress data.
- Provide client and family education on strategies and home practice routines.
- Participate in regular case conferences to review pipelines, targets, and territory opportunities.
- Engage in on-site activities and contribute to a high-visibility work environment.
- Licensed or eligible Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with state registration.
- Ability to conduct comprehensive assessments of speech, language, and communication disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans with measurable goals.
- Deliver evidence-based therapy using data-driven progress monitoring.
- Adhere to professional ethics, regulatory standards, and confidentiality requirements.
- Maintain accurate progress notes and treatment outcomes in the electronic health record.
- Collaborate with caregivers, teachers, and interdisciplinary teams for aligned goals.
- Commit to ongoing professional development and staying current with best practices.
- Meet quarterly/annual client-load targets and productivity metrics.
- Participate in regular case conferences and pipeline reviews for targets and opportunities.
- On-site position based in Farmington, NM — work hands-on with the team in our local facility
