Position Details
- Shift: Day Shift | Monday–Friday, 8 hours/day
- Setting: Outpatient, Inpatient, or Skilled Nursing Facility (based on placement)
- Status: Full-time contract (40 hours/week)
- Start Date: ASAP or upon availability
- Pay: Competitive weekly compensation based on experience and setting
- Nurse-owned—we understand the therapy world from the ground up

- Bi-weekly direct deposit and competitive pay
- Assess, diagnose, and treat individuals with speech, language, voice, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders
- Create individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practice
- Document evaluations, treatments, and progress according to facility and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes
- Educate patients and caregivers on strategies to improve communication and swallowing function
- Active California Speech-Language Pathologist license
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA (CFY considered for strong candidates)
- BLS certification (AHA preferred)
- Minimum of 1 year of recent SLP experience preferred
- Strong clinical judgment, documentation skills, and empathy
