About the Role

Talented Medical Solution is seeking a compassionate and experienced RN Unit Manager for a skilled nursing facility in Moses Lake, WA. This facility serves a mixed population of long-term care and short-term rehab residents. The ideal candidate is a dynamic nursing leader who can manage clinical operations while being hands-on when needed.

As Unit Manager, you’ll primarily work weekday shifts but must be willing to participate in an on-call weekend rotation and cover floor shifts as necessary. This is a leadership role that blends clinical oversight with direct patient care responsibilities.

Requirements

• Active RN license in the state of Washington or compact state

• BLS certification (AHA or Red Cross)

• Previous management or leadership experience in a long-term care or rehab setting

• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

• Willingness to be on-call and work floor shifts when needed
