We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse with direct Indian Health Service (IHS) Purchased/Referred Care (PRC) experience for a long-term case management assignment in Montana.
This 6 month contract is ideal for an RN who understands PRC workflows, referrals, care coordination, authorization processes, and working with patients who require services outside the direct-care system.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate Purchased/Referred Care cases and external healthcare referrals.
- Review clinical information and support appropriate referral and authorization workflows.
- Coordinate care between patients, providers, outside facilities, and internal teams.
- Maintain accurate case management and referral documentation.
- Follow applicable IHS PRC policies, procedures, and care coordination requirements.
- Support continuity of care and timely follow-up for referred services.
- Active Registered Nurse license.
- Previous IHS Purchased/Referred Care (PRC) experience required.
- Case management, care coordination, referral, or utilization-management experience.
- Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to start as soon as credentialing and clearance are completed.
