Position Overview
As a Medical Surgical RN, you’ll be the backbone of patient care—handling diverse cases, collaborating with physicians, and providing compassionate, top-notch care to patients in a fast-paced hospital setting.
Key responsibilities:
Assess and monitor patients
Administer medications and IV therapies
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
Educate patients and families on treatment and recovery
Maintain detailed, accurate documentation
Requirements
Active RN license in Colorado (or compact license)
BLS (required), ACLS (preferred)
At least 1 year of recent Med-Surg experience
Strong communication and critical thinking skills
A go-with-the-flow attitude (we love that here!)
