Registered Nurse - Long Term Care
Job Summary
Provides and coordinates nursing care for residents in a long-term care setting using the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation. Serves as a clinical resource and ensures care is delivered in accordance with regulatory standards.

Education & Experience
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing: Required
- Prior experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting: Preferred
Licenses & Certifications
- Registered Nurse licensure in the state of practice: Required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification: Required
Key Responsibilities
- Assess residents on admission and on an ongoing basis, and develop individualized plans of care.
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility policy.
- Supervise, delegate to and provide clinical direction for LPNs and Certified Nursing Assistants.
- Evaluate resident response to interventions and revise the plan of care as needed.
- Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation and support regulatory survey readiness.
- Coordinate care with physicians, therapy, families and interdisciplinary team members.
Salary : $52 - $56
