Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality ICU RN patient care in fast-paced, growth-focused setting.
- Monitor and document patient status; communicate changes to the care team.
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes.
- Identify and escalate critical changes in patient condition promptly.
- Adhere to evidence-based protocols; ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Drive continuous improvement through data-driven performance and outcome tracking.
- Manage workload efficiently to meet target benchmarks and pipeline expectations.
- Maintain accurate documentation for billing, compliance, and quality metrics.
- Participate in on-site training and professional development opportunities.
- Educate patients and families on ICU processes, care plans, and discharge expectations.
- Contribute to a high-visibility work environment by reporting progress and outcomes.
- Support on-site quality improvement projects and risk reduction initiatives.
- Licensed RN with current ICU or critical care certification.
- BLS and ACLS certification with ability to perform rapid response.
- Experience in critical care patient assessment and documentation in EMR.
- Strong communication to escalate changes and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to meet tight patient throughput and pipeline benchmarks.
- Proficiency with evidence-based ICU protocols and safety standards.
- Data-driven mindset with experience tracking outcomes and quality metrics.
- On-site training participation and ongoing professional development commitment.
- Patient and family education skills regarding ICU care plans and discharge.
- Ability to contribute to quality improvement and risk reduction projects.
