Facility: W. W. Hastings Hospital

Location: Tahlequah, OK

Address: 100 S Bliss Ave, Tahlequah, OK 74464

Department: ICU

Assignment: Travel Contract

Duration: 13 Weeks

Shift: Nights – 3x12s

Hours: 36 Hours/Week

Pay Rate: $54–$56/hour

Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,944–$2,016/week

Unit Details

  • Patient population: Adults and Pediatrics
  • Acuity: Acutely ill patients with a wide variety of medical conditions and diseases
  • ICU staffing ratio: 2:1
  • SDU staffing ratio: 3:1
  • Medication dispensing: Pyxis
  • EMR: Cerner
  • NIHSS required for all RNs/LPNs
  • Pediatric experience is REQUIRED
  • RN must wear a mask at all times while in the ICU
  • RN scrub color: Navy Blue

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of RN experience
  • Recent ICU experience
  • Pediatric experience – REQUIRED
  • Oklahoma single-state RN license or Compact RN license
  • BLS – AHA
  • ACLS – AHA
  • PALS – AHA
  • NIHSS – Required
  • Must be comfortable caring for both adult and pediatric ICU patients
