We’re seeking an experienced ICU Registered Nurse to join a high-acuity unit in Fallon, Nevada. This is an excellent opportunity for an RN with critical care experience to provide advanced care in a supportive hospital environment.
Position Overview
- Provide direct patient care to critically ill adults in the ICU
- Monitor hemodynamic status and manage ventilators, vasoactive drips, and other advanced therapies
- Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and interdisciplinary teams
- Document care accurately and comply with all safety and regulatory standards
- Active NV RN license (or compact license accepted)
- BLS & ACLS required
- 2 years of ICU experience preferred
- Experience with ventilated patients and critical care monitoring
- Strong assessment and clinical decision-making skills
