- Coordinate and deliver perioperative nursing care
- Serve as the circulating nurse during surgical procedures
- Monitor patient status and maintain a safe surgical environment
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical teams
- Ensure proper documentation and adherence to clinical standards
- Support patient and family education and post-operative planning
- Delegate tasks and guide support staff appropriately
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
- Acute care experience preferred
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and organizational skills
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Prior Operating Room / surgical experience
