Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to adult Medical Surgical and Telemetry patients.
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and recognize changes requiring intervention.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and discharge instructions.
• Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
  
  

Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Minimum of 1–2 years of recent Medical Surgical/Telemetry experience (preferred).
• Current BLS certification (required).
• ACLS certification (preferred or required per facility).
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills.
  
  

Traveler Eligibility

To qualify as a travel nurse for this assignment, candidates must reside at least 50 miles from the facility.
