Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive pediatric care to patients from infancy to adolescence.
- Participate in continuous professional development and training opportunities.
- Achieve performance targets and contribute to the overall success of the practice.
- Conduct regular health assessments and developmental screenings for children.
- Educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for pediatric patients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
- Monitor and evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient care.
- Stay updated on the latest pediatric research and best practices.
- Engage in community outreach programs to promote pediatric health.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior medical staff and interns.
- MD or DO degree with board certification in Pediatrics.
- Strong commitment to continuous professional development and learning.
- Demonstrated experience in pediatric care and patient management.
- Strong performance orientation with a focus on achieving targets.
- Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Excellent communication skills for educating families on health topics.
- Ability to monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
- Experience in collaborative work within a multidisciplinary team.
- Proficient in maintaining accurate patient records and documentation.
- Willingness to engage in community outreach and health promotion.
