Location: Whispering Springs Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center, Carrizo Springs, Texas

Pay: $1700 - $1800 per Week
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM 40 Hours Guaranteed

Responsibilities (brief)
- Evaluate & treat patients
- Develop and update care plans
- Document progress
- Screen, evaluate, and treat patients as appropriate
- Develop and update treatment/discharge plans of care
- Document services accurately and timely
- Supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs per practice acts
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and families
- Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and regulations
- Active Texas Physical Therapist License (or ability to obtain)
- Graduate of accredited PT program (DPT/MSPT/BSPT)
- Minimum 2 years of Physical Therapist (PT) experience required
- Strong Rehab experience required
- Strong communication, documentation, and clinical skills
- Ability to adapt to varying patient needs
- Physical Therapy Compact: Texas is a compact state
- Compact license accepted (TX privilege required)
Salary : $1,700 - $1,800
