Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients
- Develop and update treatment/discharge plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
- Document services accurately and timely
- Maintain compliance with safety and regulatory standards
- Minimum 2 years of PT experience required
- SNF& LTC Rehab experience preferred
- DPT preferred
- Active New Jersey Physical Therapist License
- Physical Therapy Compact: New Jersey is a compact state
- Compact license accepted (NJ privilege required)
