Responsibilities
- Assess and treat patients with PT plans tailored to California regulations.
- Develop measurable treatment goals and track progress with standardized metrics.
- Maintain compliance with state licensure, OSHA, and clinic policies.
- Educate patients on exercises, safety, and home program adherence.
- Document patient encounters accurately in electronic health records.
- Demonstrate high visibility of work activity through transparent reporting and dashboards.
- Adhere to safety protocols to protect patients and staff during therapy sessions.
- Collaborate with care teams to optimize patient outcomes and discharge planning.
- Identify and pursue growth opportunities within the local market using pipeline data.
- Participate in regular performance reviews and strive toward merit-based advancement.
- Provide on-site supervision or mentorship to support staff as needed.
- Participate in marketing or outreach efforts to drive patient referrals.
- California PT license or eligibility to practice in-state.
- Experience delivering physical therapy with measurable outcome tracking.
- Knowledge of California PT regulations and OSHA safety standards.
- Ability to document encounters accurately in an electronic health record system.
- Proven ability to develop and monitor treatment goals using standardized metrics.
- Active participation in patient education, safety, and home exercise program adherence.
- On-site mentoring and supervision of staff, with willingness to coach others.
- Strong collaboration with care teams for discharge planning and care coordination.
- Comfort with high transparency and visible performance dashboards.
- Demonstrated sales-minded approach to growth opportunities using pipeline data.
