Position Overview
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver skilled physical therapy interventions to restore function and mobility
- Document care accurately and in accordance with regulatory standards
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support optimal patient outcomes
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university in Physical Therapy, or a related field
- 1–2 years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Current California Physical Therapy license or eligible for registration
- BLS certification (current)
- Valid California driver’s license when travel is required
- APTA membership preferred
