The facility offers Skilled Nursing, Long-Term Care, and Outpatient Rehabilitation Services in a multidisciplinary environment focused on helping patients achieve greater independence and quality of life.
The center is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) and provides Physical, Speech, Respiratory, Occupational, and Recreational Therapy, along with 24-hour Skilled Nursing Care, Case Management, Social Services, and Community Integration.
